FROM WHERE DO WE DEPART?

All Wildcat Touring flights depart from private terminals at Aspen, Dallas Love Field, and Houston Hobby. Because we operate out of these private terminals (FBOs) there are no TSA security lines with the associated waits and hassles. For locations of the terminals, visit our private terminals page.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING AT THE PRIVATE TERMINALS?

Yes, parking is available at the private terminals; in most cases there will not be a charge. Parking spaces are limited at the private terminals; we suggest you consider using a taxi or Uber. For those departing out of Houston and renting a car from Go Rentals, they will provide you with free parking as well as a complimentary car wash prior to your return.

ARE YOUR FLIGHTS NON-STOP?

Many of our flights are non-stop. Should you schedule a flight with a brief stop in either Dallas to Houston, there are no plane changes when you fly with Wildcat Touring.

ARE EXTRA BAGS ALLOWED?

Yes, on a space/weight available basis, extra bags may be allowed for an additional charge. See our baggage policy under the travel information page for more information or email reservations@wildcattouring.com .

CAN YOU ARRANGE RENTAL CARS?

Yes, Wildcat Touring has selected Go Rentals to be our exclusive rental car partner. Go Rentals is on-site at Aspen and will guarantee the make and model of your requested vehicle. Simply call Mike Bodrogi direct at 970-580-5373 to reserve your car. Be sure to mention you are flying with Wildcat for preferred pricing.

IS THERE RESERVED SEATING?

All seating is open, no reserved seating. However, there are no “bad” seats on our aircraft. Every seat is a first class seat. For exit row seats: please refer to the exit row policy on the travel information page .

MIGHT YOU OPERATE MORE FLIGHTS BETWEEN THESE CITY PAIRS?
